Express Entry

Express Entry is a program used by the Canadian government to manage permanent residency applications from skilled foreign workers. It offers a fast and efficient pathway for qualified candidates to immigrate to Canada. The system operates on a points-based model and those with high scores receive invitations to apply for permanent residency.

To be eligible for Express Entry, candidates must meet the requirements of one of the following federal economic immigration programs: Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, and the Canadian Experience Class.

Provincial Nominee Program

Provincial Nominee Program:

This program is designed for workers who:

  • Possess the skills, education, and work experience needed to support the economy of a specific province or territory.

  • Intend to live in that province.

  • Seek to become permanent residents of Canada.

Each province and territory has its own unique streams and requirements, targeting specific groups through their immigration programs.

Family Sponsorship:

Sponsorship in Canada is a vital component of the country’s immigration system, serving as a key avenue for family reunification.

This process allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their spouse, partner, parents, children, or other dependents, enabling them to immigrate and establish permanent residency. By facilitating sponsorship, Canada reinforces family bonds and promotes the social and cultural integration of newcomers by bringing them together with their loved ones.

Parent and Grandparent Sponsorship

Parent and Grandparent Sponsorship:

Canadian citizens and permanent residents have the opportunity to sponsor their parent(s) or grandparent(s) for permanent residence in Canada. The Parent Sponsorship program allows family members to reunite and live together permanently in Canada.

To participate in the PGP, individuals need to be eligible to sponsor and must meet specific income requirements. Applicants must also ensure that their family members, the parents or grandparents, meet the necessary admissibility criteria for entry into Canada.

Supervisa:

A super visa is a multiple entry visitor visa specifically for the parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents. It allows holders to stay in Canada for up to five years at a time without needing to renew their status.

The Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) is a valuable opportunity for international graduates from eligible Canadian institutions to gain work experience in Canada. With a PGWP, graduates can work for any employer and gain Canadian experience, which may help in obtaining permanent residency.
