Refund Policy
The Client(s) acknowledge that granting a visa or status and the time required to process this application is at the government’s sole discretion, not the RCIC’s.
If the application is denied because of an error or omission by the RCIC or professional staff, the RCIC will refund all professional fees collected. The Client(s) agree that the fees paid are for services indicated above, and any refund is strictly limited to the fees paid.
We offer refund as per service agreement with Aurum Visa Service.
If the Client(s) cannot contact the RCIC and has reason to believe the RCIC may be dead, incapacitated, etc., the Client(s) should contact CICC.
