Billing method and Payment
The Client(s) will be billed a flat fee with payment by milestones. If the Client(s) book a consultation, it is billed electronically based on the hourly rate. The payment for the consultation is upfront when you book a consultation.
Excessive conversation or demand during the process will be charged accordingly. The Client(s) will be provided support and answers to reasonable questions throughout the process; however, if communication exceeds the limit (more than an hour a week), it will result in a rate fee charge billed every week.
If IRCC or the provincial government requests additional documents, document updates, new immigration forms or other tasks beyond the initial scope, the RCIC reserves the right to demand additional fees to cover the time required for additional work. The RCIC will charge for work on additional documents or forms only if delays in the application processing by IRCC or the provincial government cause such requests. In case additional document requests require more than one hour per week, it will result in a rate fee charge billed every time.
Payment Methods
Aurum Visa Service accepts payments via e-transfers, wired transfers, and credit cards (via third-party payment processing platforms). The Firms don’t directly save the credit card information of the Client(s) unless the Client(s) save it on the third-party payment processing platforms.
